Website and Training Terms
These terms describe the website, inquiry, booking, and training relationship with ActionBafoly. A website request is pending until ActionBafoly confirms the course, date, location, language, price, eligibility, and any certification requirements in writing.
Website information
Website information is provided for general training and booking guidance. Course names, prices, schedules, formats, language availability, service areas, eligibility, and certification requirements may require confirmation before a booking is accepted.
Requests and confirmed bookings
Submitting a form does not reserve a seat, confirm instructor availability, create a paid booking, or guarantee certification. A booking becomes confirmed only through written confirmation from ActionBafoly and completion of any stated payment or other requirements.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, learner, course, eligibility, and scheduling information.
- Confirm the exact certification requirement with the employer, school, licensing body, province, country, or organization.
- Complete required online components and attend the full scheduled practical session when required.
- Follow reasonable safety, conduct, identification, attendance, and assessment instructions.
- Do not misuse the website, forms, course materials, or other people's information.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, travel, venue, group, urgent, material, or custom-scheduling costs must be disclosed before payment when they apply. Payment processing will be handled by a third-party provider when online payments are enabled; ActionBafoly does not ask customers to send card details through general message fields.
Cancellations and refunds
The published Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Training and certification
Completion, assessment, attendance, practical-skill, identity, prerequisite, and other program requirements may apply. Registration does not guarantee successful completion, a certificate, employment, licensing, regulatory compliance, or acceptance by every organization.
Intellectual property
ActionBafoly website content and original educational materials may not be copied, sold, republished, or used to create competing materials without permission. Canadian Red Cross, HSI, and other third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as authorized.
Responsible limitation
ActionBafoly is responsible for providing the services it confirms, subject to applicable law. The website does not replace emergency services, medical advice, professional judgment, or confirmation of regulatory requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable law and changes
The relationship is governed by applicable Canadian and Quebec law and, where a transaction or service engages Ontario consumer rights, applicable Ontario law. These terms may be updated for legal, operational, or service changes. Material terms accepted for an existing paid booking will not be changed retroactively except where required by law or agreed with the customer.
