Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

This policy applies to ActionBafoly training unless a written group quote states additional terms that were clearly disclosed and accepted before payment. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always continue to apply.

Public or individual registrations

  • 7 or more calendar days before the course: full refund or one free transfer.
  • 48 hours to 6 calendar days before the course: one transfer or course credit valid for 90 days; no cash refund under the ordinary business policy.
  • Less than 48 hours before the course, late arrival that prevents admission, or no-show: no refund or transfer under the ordinary business policy.
  • ActionBafoly may offer one transfer for an exceptional circumstance at its discretion without creating an obligation for other cases.

Private or group bookings

  • 7 or more business days before the course: full refund or one free reschedule.
  • 3 to 6 business days before the course: one reschedule; the customer covers non-recoverable expenses that were disclosed and actually incurred.
  • Less than 3 business days before the course: no refund under the ordinary business policy; rescheduling is at ActionBafoly's discretion.
  • A written group quote may add clearly disclosed travel, venue, material, or custom-scheduling conditions accepted before payment.

Online and blended components

Online-only access, an online component of a blended course, an issued access code, or specifically prepared digital material may be non-refundable once supplied when this was disclosed before purchase and applicable law allows it. Any remaining eligible portion follows this policy.

Cancellation by ActionBafoly

If ActionBafoly cancels a course, the customer may choose a full refund or a free transfer. A customer will be notified using the contact information provided with the booking.

How to request a cancellation or change

Send the request in writing to [email protected] and include the booking name, course, and date. Notice is measured when the written request is received. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days and no later than applicable law requires.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other remedy required by federal, Quebec, Ontario, or other applicable consumer law. If the business policy and mandatory law differ, the mandatory law applies.
