Privacy Policy
ActionBafoly collects only the information reasonably needed to answer inquiries, plan and deliver training, maintain business records, protect website forms, and provide communications that a person has requested or authorized.
Information we collect
- Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, organization, and city.
- Training-request details such as course interest, audience, group size, preferred format, language, date or timeline, certification need, and message.
- Consent records, referral source, landing page, and campaign information associated with a submitted request.
- Limited technical and security information needed to protect forms, prevent abuse, and operate the website.
- Booking, payment, attendance, and certification-administration information when those services are used.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and prepare pending training or group-booking requests.
- Confirm course requirements, language, schedule, location, pricing, and eligibility.
- Send request-related communications and, only with separate consent, occasional marketing updates.
- Maintain consent, booking, operational, tax, security, and audit records.
- Improve website journeys and investigate errors, abuse, or security incidents.
Service providers and disclosure
ActionBafoly may use contracted providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, form security, voice-assistant services, automation, and payment processing when enabled. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, or with the person's authorization.
ActionBafoly does not sell personal information.
AI receptionist calls
When enabled, Abigail identifies herself as ActionBafoly's AI receptionist and states that the call is being recorded and transcribed. Recordings and complete transcripts are used for service, quality review, and follow-up and may be retained by the voice-service provider for up to 90 days before automatic deletion. Structured customer inquiries, consent records, tasks, bookings, and transaction records are separate business records and follow their applicable retention rules.
Consent and marketing
Communication needed to answer or manage a request is separate from optional marketing consent. A person may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Unsubscribing does not prevent essential communications about an active request, booking, payment, course, or certification record.
Retention
Ordinary inquiries that do not become bookings may be retained for 24 months after the last interaction. Booking, consent, transaction, tax, attendance, and certification-administration records may be retained for the period reasonably required for operational and legal obligations. ActionBafoly may adjust retention periods to reflect federal or provincial requirements and business activities.
Security and cross-border processing
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. Some contracted technology providers may process information outside the person's province or outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
A person may ask to access or correct their information, withdraw optional consent, or request deletion where retention is not required. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. ActionBafoly may need to verify the requester's identity before acting.
Children and sensitive information
Website forms are not intended for children to submit without a parent, guardian, or authorized organization. Do not send confidential medical information, account passwords, government identifiers, or payment-card details through general message fields.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement
The website uses strictly necessary storage or cookies for security, language, session, privacy-choice, and form functions. A visitor may also accept optional measurement tools used to understand website visits, page and form activity, campaign sources, bookings, and paid results.
When optional tracking is accepted, ActionBafoly may use Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, the Meta Pixel, and Meta's Conversions API. These providers may receive limited browser, device, page, advertising-click, and conversion information. Where approved conversion matching uses an email address or telephone number, it is transformed into a protected hashed value before transmission. ActionBafoly does not send general message content or detailed readiness-check answers to these advertising tools.
A visitor may choose necessary functions only or reopen Privacy choices on the website. Declining optional tracking does not prevent access to ordinary website content, forms, booking, or payment.
